The student can fill in this form themselves. Because students are under 18, a parent or guardian then gives consent and signs before it can be submitted. It takes about ten minutes. The student must be in Year 11 or Year 12, and individual enrolments are delivered online.

DeliveryOnline (Virtual) for all individual enrolments. Hospitality adds an in-person work placement.

Shafston confirms receipt by email, checks the student’s eligibility, and sends login details for the online learning platform.
